The brand introduction form collects the business name, business email, city and state, product information, fulfilment information and any optional links or documentation descriptions you provide. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details or health information.

How we use it.

Good Mushroom Private Limited uses this information to review your enquiry, respond and discuss a possible listing. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Applications are stored privately in our website administration system.

Hosting and access.

The site runs on our Hostinger VPS. Website administrators can access applications. Hosting systems may process technical request information for operation and security. We do not publish application details on the storefront.

Retention and your requests.

We retain enquiries while evaluating or discussing the business relationship. Contact krish@goodmushroom.in to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may retain information where needed for legal or dispute-related obligations.

Cookies and analytics.

WordPress uses cookies for administration and related website functions. This initial preview does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioural analytics. We will update this notice before introducing customer accounts, paid orders or new processing.
